Prayer is a vital element for each and every believer, both individually and as part of our wider church community. Every one of us longs to talk to someone who can identify and relate with our situation – and that is exactly what praying to God allows you to do. Prayer can also be a corporate expression of heart-felt longings to know the will of God.
Would you like to share a prayer need with our community? If so, you can send your prayer request to our online prayer chain. People from our community will stand with you in prayer. If you would like to pray with someone other than on a Sunday morning, you can also contact us and someone from our pastoral team will meet and pray with you.
the hour of prayer
Every 1st and 3rd Thursday evening we have an Hour of Prayer at the church between 19:30 and 20:30. We realise that as we are moving forward as a church with important steps ahead of us – such as financing the purchase of our building, developing a missional vision, etc. – which needs to be supported with prayer. We encourage you to join with us to pray for our church and God’s kingdom to come in Hilversum and beyond. We hope to see you there next time we meet!

If you have a heart for prayer, we would love to have you at one of our prayer meetings where we pray for our church, the community and our mission in the world. Join us for one of the following prayer meetings in our church building:
- First & third Thursday evening of each month: 19:30 – 20:30, The Hour of Prayer, Room 1(old Funhouse)
- Sunday morning (before the first service: 9:00 to 9:15, in the auditorium)
- Sunday morning (before the second service: 10:50 tot 11:05, rehearsal room below Xtream)
- Every Wednesday morning 07.00-08.00 at the church (not in August)
