In the last year Sebastiaan has been working with mentoring groups for current and future leaders and these have been quite successful. In the year to come, Sebastiaan would like to build on what has been learned and start a larger mentoring group (20 – 30 people). The first gathering will be on the 23rd of September at 20:00 – 22:00 (the other gatherings will be on 30 October, 2 December, 27 January, 3 March, April 14, May 26 and June 30).
The participants are asked to read 1 or 2 chapters of John Maxwell’s book “Developing the Leader Within You” which will be put into the context of Thousand Hills during the meeting. This will allow people to interact with each other and discuss the material they have read.
