Who's part of whose story?

Joshua would be a famous man after the walls of Jericho would come tumbling down. Right before this episode in Joshua's life, God wanted to check Joshua's heart. Would he take the credit himself, or would he give God the glory? Joshua realized that the battle was the Lord's and made sure the Israelites were spiritually prepared for a new season as a people.
